Designing and manufacturing equipment capable of constantly proving to be at the cutting edge in terms of performance has always been the construction philosophy pursued by Seppi to offer operators the best in terms of operational capabilities. A vocation that the Trentino company has also transmitted to Bologna through the renewed top of the range “Maxisoil” tiller, equipment capable of satisfying the most demanding maintenance and renewal needs of the land thanks to the ability to work the soil up to 35 centimeters deep, to crush stones and stones up to 50 centimeters in diameter and to shred woody material in general up to 90 centimeters in diameter.
Even finer shredding
This is mainly due to a new generation rotor integrating new crescent-shaped inserts which facilitate the shredding of branches and branches by the “Ultra Mono Protect” tungsten carbide-reinforced steel tools, components which also benefit from the presence of the “V” system. -Lock” aimed at firmly connecting the tool to the cutting rotor. Thanks to this solution, the machine can therefore exhibit maximum operational stability even during the most demanding applications, areas in which the performance of the renewed Seppi “Maxisoil” is emphasized by counterblades revised in profile and arrangement to ensure particularly fine chopping, but made with reduced energy absorption.
Every activity at the right regime
This latter objective is also addressed by the possibility of equipping the equipment with the optional two-speed “2-Speed Powershift” transmission which allows operators to modify, when necessary and via isobus, the rotor speed, so as to determine a reduction from one thousand to 540 revolutions per minute, while maintaining the tractor PTO speed constant at one thousand revolutions. This solution therefore ensures the equipment has a higher torque and therefore the ability to shred wood residues at a rapid pace and, at the same time, to mill the soil and crush stones at a slow pace.
Irregular funds are not a concern
Both applications in which the “Adam” alignment system also allows “Maxisoil” to always work in the best position by allowing it to precisely follow the altimetric variations of the terrain, thus also helping to preserve the cardan and PTO of the tractor from those useless and risky tensions induced by particularly irregular funds.
Operable by tractors delivering power between 300 and 500 horsepower and available in two working widths of 250 and 350 centimetres, the renewed top-of-the-range Seppi tiller also offers as standard a frame integrating anti-wear plates in hardox steel, easily replaceable in case of necessity, which together with interchangeable anti-wear steel slides and a belt protection system assures operators of operational longevity and efficiency of the equipment.
