The Guaresi group, world leader in the tomato harvesting machine sector and headed by the Hyle Capital Partners investment fund, after acquiring the Grim and Hortech companies last April, created the Fyeld industrial group with the aim of fully control the agronomic cycles of tomatoes, peppers and root vegetables with the most advanced technological solutions.
From this perspective, Grim will make available the skills acquired in the self-propelled sprayer boom sector and Hortech’s expertise in machinery for soil preparation, transplanting and harvesting horticultural products. The deep integration of the three factories is also planned in order to give rise to possible group synergies and quickly reach the turnover of 65 million euros which currently represents the short-term objective of the new organisation.
