Full line, Fendt restructures its program

The Fendt Full Line program has been a central component of the Fendt strategy for many years, with the aim of offering farmers the best holistic solutions along the agricultural value chain. To better meet this need, Fendt is transforming the existing business model into a partner program for certain product groups

“In order to offer our customers better integrated solutions in the Fendt dealer network under current conditions, we want to optimize existing partnerships and establish new ones. The current situation is characterized by volatile and weakening markets. This requires a more flexible approach to production capacities and leads to higher unit costs. In order to maintain the competitiveness of our products, some product groups will be offered directly by our partners in the future.” Christoph Gröblinghoff, Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Management of Fendt.

Telescopic loader

Partner Sennebogen will market its telescopic loaders directly through agricultural machinery dealers from the second half of 2025. This will give customers even more direct access to the innovative telescopic loaders of the Cargo T series with the many unique Sennebogen technology features. Existing delivery commitments for the new Fendt branded Cargo T machines will be fulfilled.

Spare parts supply and service for the existing fleet of Fendt telescopic loaders will continue to be supported by AGCO in line with legal requirements.

Loader wagons

In the second half of 2025, Fendt will discontinue production of Tigo loader wagons at the Wolfenbüttel plant. Agco will ensure the supply of spare parts for the Tigo model series for existing parts, in accordance with legal requirements.

Fendt’s new preferred partner for the loader wagon product group will be Strautmann, relying on the existing sales networks.
